anashinoprameyasya tasmad yudhyasva bharata

What it means
In context, Krishna tells Arjuna not to let fear of bodily death stop him from doing his duty. For us, it means our true self is bigger than our fragile body, so we can act with courage. How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: Scared before your first surgery? Remember you are more than this body, then follow your doctor's advice calmly and trust the process.
- At work: Afraid to speak up about unsafe work at the site? Your fear is real, but your duty is bigger; raise it in writing today.
Spoken by Krishna.
