What it means
Beneath all the changes around us is something that cannot be broken. Remembering this can give a deep sense of safety when life feels fragile and uncertain. How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: Layoff news everywhere and your job feels shaky. Take three slow breaths and remember your worth isn't one company's decision.
- When you feel alone: First winter alone in a London flat and everything feels fragile. Sit quietly for five minutes and feel the steadiness inside you.
