tam uvacha hrisheekeshah prahasann iva bharata

Then, between the two armies, Krishna, almost smiling, spoke these words to the grieving Arjuna.
What it means
Krishna answers despair with a gentle smile, not panic. A calm presence in a crisis is itself a kind of help. When someone near us is falling apart, steady warmth can be the first medicine. How it helps in real life
- As a parent: Your teenager storms in after failing a test. Before reacting, soften your face, sit beside them, and ask what happened.
- With family: Your mother panics in the hospital corridor. Stay steady, hold her hand, and speak slowly; your calm will settle her first.
Spoken by Sanjaya.
