What it means
Here is the opposite list. 'Demonic' simply means a nature that drags us down: showing off, arrogance, anger and harsh words. Most of us carry a bit of both lists; awareness is the first step to change. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: You snapped harshly at your intern in front of everyone. Apologise to her privately today, and next time take a breath before speaking.
- Phone & habits: Posting perfect holiday photos while fighting with your family? Skip the show-off posts for a month and fix things at home.
