inner strength, forgiveness, patience, cleanliness, no ill will towards anyone and no excessive pride. These, Arjuna, are the qualities of one born with a divine nature.
What it means
The list ends with forgiveness, patience and humility. A divine nature is not about being special or powerful; it shows in quietly letting go of grudges and not needing to feel superior to others. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: Still holding a grudge against your college roommate from ten years ago? Send him a simple birthday wish this year and let it go.
- When you succeed: You're now the richest in your friend circle. At the reunion, listen more than you talk, and never mention your salary.
