Bhagavad Gita 15.14 meaning
aham vaishvanaro bhootva praninam deham ashritah
pranapanasamayuktah pachamy-annam chaturvidham
Becoming the digestive fire in the bodies of living beings, joined with the incoming and outgoing breath, I digest the four kinds of food.
What it means
Even digestion and breathing are sacred processes. The divine works quietly inside us every moment. Eating mindfully, slowly and with gratitude is a simple daily way to honour that hidden fire.
Spoken by Krishna.
