Bhagavad Gita 15.15 meaning
sarvasya ch-aham hridi sannivishto mattah smritir jnanam apohanam cha
vedaish cha sarvair aham eva vedyo vedantakrid vedavid eva ch-aham
सर्वस्य चाहं हृदि सन्निविष्टो मत्तः स्मृतिर्ज्ञानमपोहनं च।
वेदैश्च सर्वैरहमेव वेद्यो वेदान्तकृद्वेदविदेव चाहम्॥
I dwell in the heart of everyone. From me come memory, knowledge and also their loss. I am what all the Vedas seek to know. I am the author of Vedanta and the knower of the Vedas.

मैं सबके हृदय में रहता हूँ। मुझसे ही स्मृति, ज्ञान और उनका भूलना भी होता है। सभी वेदों से जानने योग्य मैं ही हूँ। वेदांत का रचयिता और वेदों का जानने वाला भी मैं ही हूँ।
ईश्वर हर दिल में है, हर याद और हर समझ के पीछे, भूलने के पीछे भी। जिस ज्ञान को हम किताबों में खोजते हैं, वह हमारे भीतर ही है।
