Bhagavad Gita 1.38 meaning
yady-apy-ete na pashyanti lobhopahatachetasah
kulakshayakritam dosham mitradrohe cha patakam
यद्यप्येते न पश्यन्ति लोभोपहतचेतसः।
कुलक्षयकृतं दोषं मित्रद्रोहे च पातकम्॥
Even if they, their minds clouded by greed, cannot see the wrong in destroying a family or the sin in betraying friends...
What it means
Arjuna sees that greed has blinded the other side. Greed narrows vision until people stop noticing who gets hurt. It is easier to spot in others than in ourselves, so it is worth checking.हिंदी में अर्थ

अर्जुन देखता है कि लालच ने दूसरी तरफ़ को अंधा कर दिया है। लालच नज़र को इतना छोटा कर देता है कि दूसरों का दुख दिखता ही नहीं। इसे अपने अंदर भी जाँचिए।
