Ashtavakra Gita 6.4 meaning
aham va sarvabhooteshu sarvabhootany-atho mayi
iti jnanam tath-aitasya na tyago na graho layah
अहं वा सर्वभूतेषु सर्वभूतान्यथो मयि।
इति ज्ञानं तथैतस्य न त्यागो न ग्रहो लयः॥
I am in all beings, and all beings are in me. This is true knowledge. So there is nothing to give up, nothing to grab, and nothing to dissolve.
What it means
If you are in everyone and everyone is in you, there is no one to push away and nothing to hoard. This sense of connection naturally turns into kindness, patience and a calm heart.हिंदी में अर्थ
मैं सब प्राणियों में हूँ और सब प्राणी मुझमें हैं। यही ज्ञान है। इसलिए न कुछ छोड़ना है, न पकड़ना है, न मिटाना है।
अगर तुम सबमें हो और सब तुममें, तो न किसी को दूर करना है, न कुछ जमा करना है। यह जुड़ाव अपने आप दया, धैर्य और शांत मन में बदल जाता है।
