Ashtavakra Gita 5.2 meaning
udeti bhavato vishvam varidher iva budbudah
iti jnatv-aikam atmanam evam eva layam vraja
उदेति भवतो विश्वं वारिधेरिव बुद्बुदः।
इति ज्ञात्वैकमात्मानमेवमेव लयं व्रज॥
The universe rises from you like a bubble from the sea. Knowing the Self as one in this way, merge into peace.
What it means
A bubble never really leaves the sea it rises from. Your experiences, too, arise within you and return to you. Seeing this makes it easier to let thoughts and events come and go without panic.हिंदी में अर्थ
संसार तुमसे ऐसे उठता है जैसे सागर से बुलबुला। इस तरह आत्मा को एक जानकर शांति में विलीन हो जाओ।
बुलबुला उस सागर को कभी छोड़ता नहीं जिससे उठता है। तुम्हारे अनुभव भी तुम्हीं में उठते और लौटते हैं। यह समझ विचारों और घटनाओं को बिना घबराए आने-जाने देती है।
