Ashtavakra Gita 20.3 meaning
kva vidya kva cha v-avidya kv-aham kv-edam mama kva va
kva bandhah kva cha va mokshah svaroopasya kva roopita
क्व विद्या क्व च वाविद्या क्वाहं क्वेदं मम क्व वा।
क्व बन्धः क्व च वा मोक्षः स्वरूपस्य क्व रूपिता॥
Where is knowledge and where is ignorance, where is 'I', where is 'this', where is 'mine'? Where is bondage and where is liberation? How can my true nature have any form?
What it means
'Me' and 'mine' create most of our conflicts. When you glimpse the formless awareness behind them, the endless effort to defend and expand yourself starts to feel unnecessary.हिंदी में अर्थ
कहाँ विद्या और कहाँ अविद्या, कहाँ 'मैं', कहाँ 'यह', कहाँ 'मेरा'? कहाँ बंधन और कहाँ मोक्ष? मेरे स्वरूप का कोई रूप कहाँ?
'मैं' और 'मेरा' ज़्यादातर झगड़ों की जड़ हैं। जब इनके पीछे की निराकार चेतना की झलक मिलती है, तो खुद को बचाने और बढ़ाने की अंतहीन कोशिश बेकार लगती है।
