Ashtavakra Gita 2.8 meaning
prakasho me nijam roopam natiriktosmy-aham tatah
yada prakashate vishvam tad-aham bhasa eva hi
प्रकाशो मे निजं रूपं नातिरिक्तोऽस्म्यहं ततः।
यदा प्रकाशते विश्वं तदाहं भास एव हि॥
Light is my very nature; I am nothing other than that. When the world shines, it is really I who am shining.

प्रकाश ही मेरा असली रूप है, मैं उससे अलग नहीं हूँ। जब संसार चमकता है, तब असल में मैं ही चमक रहा होता हूँ।
तुमने जो कुछ भी अनुभव किया, वह तुम्हारी चेतना की रोशनी में ही दिखा। तुम छोटे या फीके नहीं हो, तुम वह प्रकाश हो जिससे जीवन जाना जाता है।
