Ashtavakra Gita 2.5 meaning
tantumatro bhaved eva pato yadvad vicharitah
atmatanmatram ev-edam tadvad vishvam vicharitam
तन्तुमात्रो भवेदेव पटो यद्वद्विचारितः।
आत्मतन्मात्रमेवेदं तद्वद्विश्वं विचारितम्॥
Look closely at a cloth and it is nothing but threads. Look closely at this world in the same way and it is nothing but the Self.

ध्यान से देखो तो कपड़ा बस धागे ही है। उसी तरह गहराई से सोचो तो यह संसार बस आत्मा ही है।
चीज़ें ठोस और अलग लगती हैं जब तक हम उन्हें ध्यान से नहीं देखते। गहरा सोचने पर सबमें एक ही धागा दिखता है। सतह पर प्रतिक्रिया की जगह गहराई से देखो।
