Ashtavakra Gita 2.4 meaning
yatha na toyato bhinnas tarangah phenabudbudah
atmano na tatha bhinnam vishvam atmavinirgatam
यथा न तोयतो भिन्नास्तरङ्गाः फेनबुद्बुदाः।
आत्मनो न तथा भिन्नं विश्वमात्मविनिर्गतम्॥
Waves, foam and bubbles are not different from water. In the same way, the world that comes out of the Self is not different from the Self.

हर लहर उठती-गिरती है, पर रहती पानी ही है। जीवन के लोग और घटनाएँ आते-जाते हैं, पर सबका स्रोत तुमसे एक है। यह जुड़ाव अकेलापन और डर कम करता है।
