Ashtavakra Gita · Chapter 18
Ashtavakra Gita 18.90 meaning
Though knowing, he does not claim to know; though seeing, he does not claim to see; though speaking, he does not really speak. Who else can be like this but one free of desires?
What it means
When ego steps back, you still know, see and speak, but without the need to show off or to be recognised. Life flows through you rather than being performed by you.
Spoken by Ashtavakra.
