Yoga Sutras 4.19 meaning
na tat svabhasam drishyatvat
न तत्स्वाभासं दृश्यत्वात्॥
The mind does not shine by its own light, because it is itself something that is seen.
What it means
Your mind is like the moon reflecting the sun's light. Thoughts can be observed, so they aren't the observer. Knowing this, you don't have to believe every thought that passes through.हिंदी में अर्थ
