Yoga Sutras 2.41 meaning
sattvashuddhi-saumanasy-aikagry-endriyajay-atmadarshana-yogyatvani cha
सत्त्वशुद्धिसौमनस्यैकाग्र्येन्द्रियजयात्मदर्शनयोग्यत्वानि च॥
Inner purity also brings clarity of mind, cheerfulness, focus, mastery of the senses, and readiness to know the self.

भीतरी शुद्धता से मन की निर्मलता, प्रसन्नता, एकाग्रता, इंद्रियों पर विजय, और आत्म-दर्शन की योग्यता भी आती है।
स्वच्छ मन प्रसन्न मन होता है। जब आप नाराज़गी, उलझन और बुरी आदतें साफ़ करते हैं, तो हल्का महसूस करते हैं, ध्यान बेहतर लगता है और खुद को साफ़ देखते हैं।
