Yoga Sutras 2.40 meaning
shauchat svangajugupsa parair asansargah
शौचात्स्वाङ्गजुगुप्सा परैरसंसर्गः॥
Through cleanliness comes a healthy detachment from one's own body and less need to cling to physical contact with others.

शरीर की देखभाल करना पर उस पर अटके न रहना संतुलन का संकेत है। भीतर-बाहर की शुद्धता केवल रूप और शरीर को ही 'मैं' मानने की आदत ढीली करती है।
