Yoga Sutras 2.23 meaning
sva-svami-shaktyoh svaroop-opalabdhi-hetuh sanyogah
स्वस्वामिशक्त्योः स्वरूपोपलब्धिहेतुः संयोगः॥
The coming together of the owner and the owned — the seer and the world — is what allows each to discover its true nature.
