ma shuchah purushavyaghra kalasya gatir eedrishee
tvadvidha na hi shochanti sattvavanto manasvinah
मा शुचः पुरुषव्याघ्र कालस्य गतिरीदृशी।
त्वद्विधा न हि शोचन्ति सत्त्ववन्तो मनस्विनः॥
Do not grieve, tiger among men. Such is the way of time. Strong, steady-minded people like you do not give in to sorrow.
What it means
Lakshmana comforts Rama in a moment of deep sorrow. Time brings changes we cannot control. Strength lies in feeling the pain without letting it take over.हिंदी में अर्थ
हे पुरुषसिंह, शोक मत कीजिए। समय की गति ऐसी ही है। आप जैसे धैर्यवान और दृढ़ मन वाले लोग शोक में नहीं डूबते।
गहरे दुख के क्षण में लक्ष्मण राम को ढाढ़स बँधाते हैं। समय ऐसे बदलाव लाता है जिन पर हमारा वश नहीं। ताक़त इसमें है कि दर्द महसूस करें, पर उसमें डूबें नहीं।
