tad arya kalusha buddhir jayate shastrasevanat punar gatva tv-ayodhyayam kshatradharmam charishyasi

Noble one, the mind becomes clouded simply from constantly handling weapons. Once you return to Ayodhya, you can follow the warrior's path again.

What it means
Sita notices that what we constantly hold shapes how we think. Spend all day with aggression, and the mind grows hard. Choose carefully what you keep close, whether tools, content or company.

Spoken by Sita.
