mantro vijayamoolam hi rajnam bhavati raghava
susanvrito mantradharair amatyaih shastrakovidaih
मन्त्रो विजयमूलं हि राज्ञां भवति राघव।
सुसंवृतो मन्त्रधरैरमात्यैः शास्त्रकोविदैः॥
Good counsel is the root of a ruler's success, Raghava, especially when it is kept well guarded by advisers who are learned and know how to keep a secret.
