dharmajnah satyasandhash cha prajanam cha hite ratah
yashasvee jnanasampannah shuchir vashyah samadhiman
धर्मज्ञः सत्यसंधश्च प्रजानां च हिते रतः।
यशस्वी ज्ञानसम्पन्नः शुचिर्वश्यः समाधिमान्॥
He knows what is right and is true to his word. He is devoted to the good of his people, famous, full of knowledge, pure, disciplined and focused in mind.
What it means
A good leader keeps their word and puts the welfare of others first. Rama's fame is a result of his character, not its goal. Do the right thing well, and respect follows.हिंदी में अर्थ
वे धर्म को जानते हैं और वचन के पक्के हैं। प्रजा की भलाई में लगे रहते हैं, यशस्वी, ज्ञानी, पवित्र, संयमी और एकाग्र मन वाले हैं।
अच्छा नेता वचन निभाता है और दूसरों की भलाई को सबसे आगे रखता है। राम का यश उनके चरित्र का फल है, लक्ष्य नहीं।
