Turn away from this tiring jungle of sense objects. Take the path of true good, which can end all sorrow in a moment. Come into your own true nature. Give up your wave-like restlessness. Do not chase fragile worldly pleasures again. Mind, be at peace now.

What it means
Our senses pull us through an endless forest of distractions. Turning inward, even briefly, can bring surprising relief. Treat this verse as a gentle instruction to your own restless mind: come home and rest.

Spoken by Bhartrihari.
