anandad dhy-eva khalv-imani bhootani jayante
At last Bhrigu understood: joy is Brahman. Truly, it is from joy that all these beings are born.
What it means
After looking at food, breath, mind and intellect, Bhrigu finds the deepest layer of life is joy. Beneath stress and routine, your core nature is not misery but quiet bliss.
