Taittiriya Upanishad 1.11.2 meaning
yany anavadyani karmani tani sevitavyani no itarani
yany asmakam sucharitani tani tvay-opasyani
यान्यनवद्यानि कर्माणि । तानि सेवितव्यानि । नो इतराणि ।
यान्यस्माकं सुचरितानि । तानि त्वयोपास्यानि ॥
Do only those actions that are blameless, not the others. Follow only the good things you have seen in us, your teachers — nothing else.

वही काम करो जिनमें कोई दोष न हो, दूसरे नहीं। हम गुरुओं में जो अच्छा आचरण देखा है, केवल उसी को अपनाओ।
कितना विनम्र गुरु है — हमारी अच्छाइयाँ अपनाओ, कमियाँ नहीं। कोई भी पूर्ण नहीं होता। अपने आदर्शों से अच्छी बातें लो और बाकी छोड़ दो।
