kashtam karmeti durmedhah kartavyad vinivartate
na sahasam anarabhya shreyah samupalabhyate
कष्टं कर्मेति दुर्मेधाः कर्तव्याद्विनिवर्तते ।
न साहसमनारभ्य श्रेयः समुपलभ्यते ॥
Thinking "this work is hard," a foolish person turns away from what must be done. But nothing truly good is ever gained without boldly beginning.
