sundaropi susheelopi kuleenopi mahadhanah
na shobhate vina vidyam vidya sarvasya bhooshanam
सुन्दरोऽपि सुशीलोऽपि कुलीनोऽपि महाधनः ।
न शोभते विना विद्यां विद्या सर्वस्य भूषणम् ॥
Even if someone is handsome, well-behaved, from a good family and very rich, they do not truly shine without learning. Learning is the ornament of everyone.
