इच्छति शती सहस्रं सहस्री लक्षमीहते ।
लक्षाधिपस्ततो राज्यं राज्याच्च स्वर्गमीहते ॥
One who has a hundred wants a thousand; one with a thousand wants a lakh. The master of a lakh then wants a kingdom, and from a kingdom one wants heaven.
