anavasthitachittasya na jane na vane sukham
jane dahati sansargo vane sangavivarjanam
अनवस्थितचित्तस्य न जने न वने सुखम् ।
जने दहति संसर्गो वने सङ्गविवर्जनम् ॥
A restless mind finds no peace either among people or in the forest. Among people, company burns it; in the forest, loneliness burns it.
What it means
Changing cities, jobs or friends will not help if the restlessness travels with you. The fix is inside: learn to sit with yourself. Then both company and solitude become places where you can breathe.हिंदी में अर्थ
अस्थिर मन को न लोगों के बीच सुख मिलता है, न जंगल में। लोगों के बीच संगति जलाती है और जंगल में अकेलापन।
शहर, नौकरी या दोस्त बदलने से कुछ नहीं होगा अगर बेचैनी साथ चल रही हो। इलाज भीतर है — खुद के साथ बैठना सीखिए। तब भीड़ और एकांत दोनों में साँस ले पाएँगे।
