गर्जति शरदि न वर्षति वर्षति वर्षासु निःस्वनो मेघः ।
नीचो वदति न कुरुते न वदति सुजनः करोत्येव ॥
In autumn the cloud thunders but does not rain; in the rainy season it rains without a sound. The base person talks but does not act; the good person does not talk but simply acts.
