sarve bhavantu sukhinah sarve santu niramayah
sarve bhadrani pashyantu ma kashchid duhkhabhag bhavet
सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत्॥
May everyone be happy. May everyone be free from illness. May everyone see what is good. May no one have to suffer.
What it means
A prayer with no ‘me’ in it—only everyone. Wishing well for all, including people you don't like, is one of the quickest ways to soften your own heart.How it helps in real life
