ity-esha vanmayee pooja shreemachchankara-padayoh
arpita tena deveshah preeyatam me sadashivah
इत्येषा वाङ्मयी पूजा श्रीमच्छङ्करपादयोः।
अर्पिता तेन देवेशः प्रीयतां मे सदाशिवः॥
This worship made of words is offered at the holy feet of Shankara. May the Lord of gods, the ever-auspicious Shiva, be pleased with me through it.
