Shiva Mahimna Stotra 1 meaning
O Shiva, if praise must match the full extent of your greatness, then even the words of Brahma and the gods fall short. So no one can be blamed for praising you as far as their mind allows, and my small effort here is also beyond reproach.
हिंदी में अर्थ
हे शिव, अगर स्तुति को तुम्हारी महिमा की पूरी सीमा तक पहुँचना हो, तो ब्रह्मा और देवताओं के शब्द भी कम पड़ जाते हैं। इसलिए जो अपनी समझ के अनुसार तुम्हारा गुणगान करे, उसे दोष नहीं; मेरा यह छोटा प्रयास भी निर्दोष है।
अनंत का पूरा वर्णन कोई नहीं कर सकता, बड़े से बड़ा ज्ञानी भी नहीं। इसलिए प्रार्थना के लिए परफ़ेक्ट शब्द ज़रूरी नहीं। जो है, जितना है, ईमानदारी से अर्पित कीजिए।
