ram kripan nasahin sab roga jaun ehi bhanti banai sanyoga
sadagur baid bachan bisvasa sanjam yah na bishay kai asa
All these illnesses are destroyed by Rama's grace, if the right conditions come together: faith in the words of a true teacher who acts as the doctor, and self-restraint — giving up the craving for sense pleasures.
What it means
Healing the mind needs three things: grace, a good guide you trust, and the discipline to avoid what makes you worse. It's like any treatment — the medicine works when you also follow the advice. How it helps in real life
- Health & body: Seeing a therapist but still drinking every night? Follow the advice between sessions too; even the best guidance only works if you act on it.
- Phone & habits: Your mentor told you to cut social media to fix your focus. Trust him for a month; delete the apps and track how you feel.
