ताहि देइ गति राम उदारा। सबरी कें आश्रम पगु धारा।।
सबरी देखि राम गृहँ आए। मुनि के बचन समुझि जियँ भाए।।
After granting liberation to Kabandha, generous Rama walked to Shabari's hermitage. When Shabari saw Rama arrive at her home, she remembered her guru's words and her heart overflowed with joy.

कबंध को मोक्ष देकर उदार राम शबरी के आश्रम पहुँचे। राम को अपने घर आया देखकर शबरी को अपने गुरु मतंग मुनि के वचन याद आए और उसका मन आनंद से भर गया।
शबरी ने गुरु के वचन पर बरसों राम की राह देखी। सच्चे मन का इंतज़ार कभी व्यर्थ नहीं जाता। कभी-कभी जिसके लिए हम प्रार्थना करते हैं, वह खुद हमारे द्वार आ जाता है।
