What it means
Some people quietly hold everything together. Notice them in your own life, the ones who carry the family or team without fuss, and thank them. How it helps in real life
- At work: The office admin who sorts every visa letter and laptop issue rarely gets thanked. Send her a short note today, and copy her manager.
- With family: Your elder sister quietly managed Mum's hospital visits while you worked abroad. Call her this weekend and say thank you, plainly.
