sujanabandhujaneshv-asahishnuta prakritisiddham idam hi duratmanam
अकरुणत्वमकारणविग्रहः परधने परयोषिति च स्पृहा ।
सुजनबन्धुजनेष्वसहिष्णुता प्रकृतिसिद्धमिदं हि दुरात्मनाम् ॥
Lack of compassion, picking fights for no reason, coveting other people's wealth and partners, and being unable to bear good people or even one's own relatives: this comes naturally to the wicked.
