Mandukya Upanishad 6 meaning
esha sarveshvarah esha sarvajna eshontaryamy-esha yonih sarvasya
prabhav-apyayau hi bhootanam
एष सर्वेश्वरः एष सर्वज्ञ एषोऽन्तर्याम्येष योनिः सर्वस्य।
प्रभवाप्ययौ हि भूतानाम्॥
This is the Lord of all. This is the all-knowing. This is the inner guide. This is the source of everything, from which all beings arise and into which they dissolve.
What it means
The quiet ground you touch in deep sleep is described as the source of all things. What feels like 'nothing' is actually the root of everything. Rest and stillness are not wasted time.हिंदी में अर्थ
यही सबका ईश्वर है। यही सर्वज्ञ है। यही भीतर से सबको चलाने वाला है। यही सबका स्रोत है, जिससे सभी प्राणी उत्पन्न होते हैं और जिसमें विलीन हो जाते हैं।
गहरी नींद में जिस शांत आधार को तुम छूते हो, उसे सबका स्रोत कहा गया है। जो 'कुछ नहीं' लगता है, वही सबकी जड़ है। आराम और ठहराव व्यर्थ नहीं।
