Mandukya Upanishad 4 meaning

svapnasthanontahprajnah saptanga ekonavinshatimukhah praviviktabhuk taijaso dviteeyah padah

The second aspect is Taijasa, the dreaming self. Its awareness turns inward. It too has seven limbs and nineteen mouths, and it experiences the subtle world of the mind.

What it means
In dreams the mind builds whole worlds from its own material. It shows how powerfully our inner impressions shape experience, even awake. Watching your mind gently helps you see that power.

Spoken by Rishi.
