Mahabharata 5.33.42 meaning

ekam hanyan na va hanyad ishur mukto dhanushmata buddhir buddhimat-otsrishta hanyad rashtram sarajakam

An arrow released by an archer may kill one person, or no one at all. But a scheme released by a clever mind can destroy a whole kingdom along with its king.

What it means
Ideas are more powerful than weapons. A single plan, a rumour or a smart strategy can reshape whole organisations. Use your intelligence carefully — and respect it in others.

Spoken by Vidura.
