Mahabharata 5.33.41 meaning
ekah papani kurute phalam bhunkte mahajanah
bhoktaro vipramuchyante karta doshena lipyate
एकः पापानि कुरुते फलं भुङ्क्ते महाजनः।
भोक्तारो विप्रमुच्यन्ते कर्ता दोषेण लिप्यते॥
One person does wrong, and many enjoy what it brings. Those who enjoy it go free, but the one who did it carries the stain.

एक व्यक्ति गलत काम करता है और उसका फ़ायदा बहुत से लोग उठाते हैं। फ़ायदा उठाने वाले छूट जाते हैं, पर दोष करने वाले पर ही लगता है।
आपके गलत रास्ते का फ़ायदा दूसरे खुशी से बाँट लेंगे, पर नतीजा अकेले आपको भुगतना होगा। दूसरों के लिए भी गलत काम न करें।
