pita mata cha bhagavann etau me daivatam param
yad daivatebhyah kartavyam tad etabhyam karomy-aham
पिता माता च भगवन्नेतौ मे दैवतं परम्।
यद्दैवतेभ्यः कर्तव्यं तदेताभ्यां करोम्यहम्॥
My father and mother, revered sir, are my highest gods. Whatever is offered to the gods, I offer to these two.
