Katha Upanishad 2.3.5 meaning
yath-adarshe tath-atmani yatha svapne tatha pitriloke
yath-apsu pareeva dadrishe tatha gandharvaloke chayatapayor iva brahmaloke
यथादर्शे तथात्मनि यथा स्वप्ने तथा पितृलोके।
यथाप्सु परीव ददृशे तथा गन्धर्वलोके छायातपयोरिव ब्रह्मलोके॥
As in a mirror, so the Self is seen in a pure mind; as in a dream, so in the world of ancestors; as in water, so in the world of celestial beings; and as clear as light and shadow in the world of Brahman.

A clean mind is like a clear mirror. The more we polish it through honesty and calm, the more clearly we see who we really are, right here, in this life.हिंदी में अर्थ
जैसे दर्पण में, वैसे शुद्ध मन में आत्मा दिखती है; जैसे सपने में, वैसे पितृलोक में; जैसे जल में, वैसे गंधर्वलोक में; और ब्रह्मलोक में वह धूप-छाँव जितनी साफ़ दिखती है।
साफ़ मन साफ़ दर्पण जैसा है। ईमानदारी और शांति से जितना उसे निखारें, उतना ही साफ़ दिखता है कि हम असल में कौन हैं, यहीं, इसी जीवन में।
