Katha Upanishad 2.1.10 meaning
yad ev-eha tad amutra yad amutra tad anv-iha
mrityoh sa mrityum apnoti ya iha nan-eva pashyati
यदेवेह तदमुत्र यदमुत्र तदन्विह।
मृत्योः स मृत्युमाप्नोति य इह नानेव पश्यति॥
What is here is also there; what is there is also here. Whoever sees division here goes from death to death.
What it means
The sacred is not only in some distant heaven; it is right here. Seeing everything as separate breeds fear and conflict, while seeing unity brings a sense of being at home.हिंदी में अर्थ
जो यहाँ है वही वहाँ है, जो वहाँ है वही यहाँ है। जो यहाँ भेद ही भेद देखता है, वह मृत्यु से मृत्यु की ओर जाता है।
पवित्रता किसी दूर स्वर्ग में ही नहीं, यहीं है। सबको अलग-अलग देखना डर और टकराव लाता है, जबकि एकता देखना अपनेपन का एहसास देता है।
