lobhat krodhah prabhavati lobhat kamah prajayate
lobhan mohash cha nashash cha lobhah papasya karanam
लोभात्क्रोधः प्रभवति लोभात्कामः प्रजायते।
लोभान्मोहश्च नाशश्च लोभः पापस्य कारणम्॥
From greed comes anger; from greed comes craving. From greed come delusion and ruin. Greed is the root of wrongdoing.
What it means
Greed rarely stays alone. It breeds frustration when we don't get more, blinds our judgement, and pushes us into choices we regret. Catching greed early saves us from much bigger trouble later.हिंदी में अर्थ
लालच से क्रोध पैदा होता है, लालच से कामना जन्म लेती है। लालच से भ्रम और विनाश होता है; लालच ही पाप की जड़ है।
लालच अकेला नहीं आता। यह गुस्सा, अंधापन और गलत फैसले साथ लाता है। इसे शुरू में ही पहचान लें, तो आगे की बड़ी मुसीबतों से बच जाते हैं।
