sthanam utsrijya gachchanti sinhah satpurusha gajah
tatr-aiva nidhanam yanti kakah kapurusha mrigah
स्थानमुत्सृज्य गच्छन्ति सिंहाः सत्पुरुषा गजाः।
तत्रैव निधनं यान्ति काकाः कापुरुषा मृगाः॥
Lions, good people and elephants leave a place when it becomes wrong for them. Crows, cowards and deer stay where they are and perish there.
