Only you can hold back your own tremendous power; when you roar, all three worlds tremble in fear.
What it means
Great power needs great self-control. Hanuman alone can hold his strength in check; the stronger you become, the more you must master yourself. Power without restraint only causes harm.How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: You're the bigger, louder one in an argument with your younger brother. Lower your voice deliberately; strength means holding back.
- When you succeed: Now you're the boss, and your words can crush a junior. Before giving feedback, pause and pick words that correct without humiliating.
