Chandogya Upanishad 3.14.3 meaning

esha ma atm-antarhridayeneeyan vreeher va yavad va sarshapad va shyamakad va shyamakatandulad va esha ma atm-antarhridaye jyayan prithivya jyayan antarikshaj jyayan divo jyayan ebhyo lokebhyah

This Self of mine within the heart is smaller than a grain of rice or barley, smaller than a mustard seed or a millet grain. Yet this Self within my heart is greater than the earth, greater than the sky, greater than heaven, greater than all these worlds.

What it means
You may feel tiny in a huge world, yet the awareness inside you holds that whole world. Both are true at once. On days you feel insignificant, remember how vast the inner space really is.

Spoken by Shandilya.
