Chanakya Niti 3.13 meaning

ko hi bharah samarthanam kim dooram vyavasayinam ko videshah suvidyanam kah parah priyavadinam

What load is too heavy for the capable? What place is too far for the determined? What land is foreign to the learned? Who is a stranger to someone who speaks kindly?

What it means
Strength, persistence, knowledge and kind words are universal passports. Build these four and you'll find doors opening wherever you go, whether in a new job, a new city or a new country.

Spoken by Chanakya.
